Support with or without a diagnosis

You do not need a diagnosis to seek OT support

Some children, young people and adults come to Belong OT following a diagnosis such as autism, ADHD or Developmental Coordination Disorder (DCD/dyspraxia). Others get in touch because everyday activities are harder than expected and they want to understand what may help.

Belong OT focuses on how strengths, needs and environments affect everyday life. Belong OT does not provide autism or ADHD diagnostic assessments.

New to Belong OT?

New individual clients start with an Initial Consultation. Schools and education settings start with an enquiry. You do not need to decide which assessment or support option you need first. Each service page explains the possible pathways in more detail.
