Individual children
Consent and confidentiality remain clear
A general school enquiry does not require you to send detailed information about a named child. Where work relates to an individual child, appropriate parent or guardian consent, the child’s views and an agreed purpose are important. Personal information should only be shared through agreed secure routes.
A family may be directed to the Initial Consultation route if individual OT assessment or support is the better starting point.
Scope and fees
Education-setting work is individually quoted. The quotation confirms what is included, such as preparation, delivery, travel, materials, reporting or follow-up.
Where support is available
Belong OT is based in Ardnacrusha. Suitable in-person work is available across Clare, Limerick and Tipperary, with online consultation where appropriate.
